With a score of 43-10 (a lone touchdown from junior, Parker Krupic), the Vikings of Walled Lake Central were defeated by crosstown rivalry Walled Lake Northern at Ford Field last Saturday, September 28.The afternoon game brought a huge crowd of both the Maize Craize and the WLN Knight Patrol.
Currently with a record of 1-4, the Vikings are now preparing to dominate the field of the Lakeland Eagles this Friday, October 4.
“All of our losses have been to teams that are doing very well,” said Head Coach, Bob Meyer, “It was a very cool experience being able to play at Ford Field… and hopefully [we will] prepare [ourselves] for a playoff game [there].”
