With a year filled with disasters of epic proportions, it seemed fitting that 2016 would go out with an equally epic and disastrous performance by Mariah Carey.

Last year, the Star Wars franchise made its triumphant return in the form of Star Wars: The Force Awakens. This year, Star Wars took a slight deviation from its usual course with the release of its first anthology film, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
Many sports teams at Walled Lake Central work very well together when playing together and that’s by design. It’s the dynamic that each team builds up from by working in varying ways to create bonds outside of school and practices.
Winning multiple state and district titles over the years, Central’s hockey program has been a longtime source of pride for Walled Lake Central. Perhaps that’s why it’s so surprising and saddening that despite the program’s best efforts, there will be no Walled Lake Central Hockey this year due to a lacking roster.
This year’s College Night, an interactive event involving all three Walled Lake district high schools, is approaching fast. College Night this year is planned to be on March 22, 2017.
With the semester coming to an end, this means that one of the most stressful times of the year is approaching for students. Finals.
This year, Walled Lake Central business classes such as Financial Literacy and Marketing are assigning their students a task to shadow an employer’s job.
