Central was also awarded the best prepared school, a title they have not been granted since 1999.
“We’re especially proud of being the best prepared school,” added Dalian. “That’s a big deal for us.”
Central students were responsible for representing the countries of France and Qatar.
Prior to the conference, students were assigned countries they would be responsible for representing. At the conference, students propose both laws and resolutions to hypothetical problems presented to their countries.
