“I am honored to be named one of the three National Merit Finalists from Walled Lake
Central. I am so thankful for the recognition of all the hard work I have done throughout high
school. I hope that by having earned this award, I can inspire others to study and do well in
school by showing that academic achievement does not go unnoticed,” said Feinstein.

Central is also proud to be the home of two commended students in this program: Milena
Beltramo and Jai Sura. They are among 34,000 commended students, and placed in the top five
percent of more than 1.5 million students who entered the annual competition.

2013 marks the 58th annual National Merit Scholarship program. The applicant’s
