The National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC) College Fair has made its way to Michigan! Approximately 100 Walled Lake Central juniors attended the National College Fair held at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, Michigan on Tuesday, April 1.
“The fair was very insightful and got me even more excited for college,” said junior Sam Conkright.
Students were bussed to the venue after first hour and returned halfway through fourth.
The college fair conveniently brought representatives from colleges all over the country to one location. Each college was given a small booth to set up and display brochures and other information about their school. The representatives were very knowledgeable and able to answer any students’ questions, from school size to majors and minors, as well as admission requirements.
This college fair helped to inform students about potential schools they might attend and solidify the qualities they are looking for in a school.
