Walled Lake Central’s annual Senior All Night Party (SANP) is in the making and one of the most anticipated nights of the year. Organized by a committee of dedicated senior parents, the event will take place on June 1, the night following graduation ceremonies for the Class of 2014.
The permission slips can be found in the main office and the cost per person is currently $100.
“We really encourage every senior to sign up ASAP,” said SANP committee member Kathy Schuldt, mother of senior Stephanie Schuldt. “The more people that decide to come sooner, the better we can arrange the party, and not to mention buy more and better prizes.”
The party is at On the Dunes, a sports bar with sand volleyball courts located in Commerce Township.
“We are not having it at the school this year because On the Dunes is a better deal,” explained K. Schuldt. “To have it at the school, we would need all the money up front and right away. At On the Dunes, it is not as urgent and it gives us more time to arrange everything.”
Nevertheless, seniors are already getting excited to stay up all night with their closest friends.
“It’s going to be our last night all together as a senior class,” said senior Taylor Peterman. “It should be a really good time and having it at On the Dunes should make it a really eventful night.”
More information will be released as the event nears. Though there is no due date for the permission slip yet, turning them in now is highly recommended.
