There are so many possibilities to earn the right scholarship for you due to the wide range of available scholarships, but time to apply is running out as applications are due by January 13.

Walled Lake Central’s Marching Band headed down to Indianapolis on November 10, 11 and 12 to attend the Bands of America [BOA] Grand Nationals, a competition held for Marching Bands across the country, and returned with lots of experience and fun memories.
In the days following the election of Donald Trump, Americans have been reacting to this in various ways. Some have been celebrating and some have been at home sitting in their sorrows. There have been anti-Trump riots and protests throughout the country. Even other countries are afraid for America after seeing the results of the presidential election.
This year, French teachers Madame Barbie Green and Madame Leila Adkins decided to have all of their classes make posters dedicated to spreading love and happiness throughout Central.
As the holidays approach, people begin to look forward to attending holiday themed events such as play, musicals, or concerts. The Collage Concert, the annual wintertime concert, took place on two nights, Thursday, December 8 and Friday, December 9 at 7:30pm. It featured different types of winter/holiday songs.
The WLC Ski and Snowboard teams hosted their annual ski swap to raise money for the ski team on Saturday, November 12 from 9:00 am till 2:00 pm.
WLC Choirs, Band and Orchestra will come together for their annual Collage Concert on December 8 and 9 at 7:00 p.m in Walled Lake Central’s Auditorium.
