Choir teacher Amanda Lenze is working very hard to get everything prepared before auditions for the Walled Lake Central 2017 musical The Little Mermaid.

Auditions are December 19-22. To audition, you must prepare 16-32 measures of a song that show your range and resemble a similar style to the shows music. You will also need to prepare a monologue. Lenze asks that before auditioning, you make sure you will be able to attend the mandatory dates in the calendar she distributed.

Many students are auditioning this year, and the seniors are excited to make the best of their last musical as Walled Lake Central. Senior Alissa Yenglin said, “I am excited to do a Disney show for my senior year, I have always loved Disney princesses and now I get to be apart of a Disney princess musical!”

The shows will be on March 17-19 and March 24-26.
